Rachel Jadczak APRN - Owner

Rachel began her nursing career as a registered nurse at Backus Hospital in Labor and Deliver, Newborn Nursery. She worked as a staff nurse for about 7 years after which she accepted the Hartford Hospital regional position as Nurse Educator for Labor and Delivery, Newborn Nursery for both Backus and Windham Hospitals. She continued in this role for 2 years while working on her graduate degree in Pediatric Primary Care APRN through Stony Brook University. She is board certified as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.

Rachel’s APRN career began at United and Community Family Services as a pediatric nurse practitioner. This busy federally qualified health center was a great place to establish her foundation of clinical skills. She transitioned to private practice with Dr Laurentiu Galan after 2 years, eventually taking over his practice upon his retirement in early 2021.
